| Mr. Plasier brings over 28 years of experience to the Real Estate Investment and Property Management fields in Los Angeles. While providing leadership to the management team at Aura, Mr. Plasier works endlessly to identify "value-added" opportunities for his clients helping them build strong profitable portfolios. With years of experience in building services, management issues for low income and upper-end residential and commercial income properties, Mr. Plasier consistently guides investments from the identification stage through financing and acquisition, management and final positioning for marketing or for long-term hold strategies. He has a consistent track record of successful investments even in the high priced market of today.

| Vineendra Jain “Vinny” is the Executive Vice President and General Manager for Aura Asset Group, Inc. He is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and is the designated Broker/Officer for the company. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the real estate brokerage division and for overseeing the operations of the property management division of the company.
Vinny has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from University of Delhi , Masters in International Business from Institute of International Business and Research, Pune , India , and an MBA from the Southeast Missouri State University . He is currently pursuing a certificate course in Real Estate at University of California at Los Angeles . Vinny is a member of the Combined Los Angeles/Westside Multiple Listing Service (CLAW-MLS), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and numerous Apartment Associations.
